Jane offers sex therapy and relationship counseling designed to help and support individuals and couples of any sexual orientation: heterosexual, gay/lesbian, bisexual, trans and intersex.

Helping men and women find ways to have conversations around difficult topics to do with sexuality and relationships is Jane's speciality and clients can be assured of complete confidentiality in a comfortable and reassuring environment.

Jane can assist with female sexual difficulties such as dyspareunia (pain on intercourse), vaginismus (Involuntary tightness of the vagina during intercourse), and inorgasmia (inability to have an orgasm). She can also work with you to heighten mind/body and image awareness and improve low desire and non-arousal. She can help you to discover your sexuality and feel confident about it.

Women experiencing sexual difficulties during or after menopause, or as a result of medical treatments for breast cancer, may find Jane's services helpful too.

In a wider context, Jane has a keen interest in the effects of a patriarchal society on female sexuality, 'sex goddess imagery', 'busting myths' about sex, and how childhood experiences can impact on sexuality.

For men, Jane can provide advice and help for such problems as unreliable erection, early or delayed ejaculation, low desire and sexual addiction. She can help you find ways to heighten sexual intimacy, desire and expression, to reduce anxiety and stress, cope with feelings of depression and inadequacy, and increase relaxation.

Jane works with those who have experienced sexual abuse and have difficulty developing intimate relationships due to the resulting emotional pain.

For couples, Jane can help you to become more mindful and aware of each other's needs and desires, to develop intimacy and a 'two-way' connection, reduce stress and anxiety, find ways to overcome the 'gridlock' of 'he blames her and she blames him', and to grow a sexual relationship that is fulfilling, joyful, confident and fun.
